Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the LemoAI iOS application. By using LemoAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

Service

LemoAI provides AI-powered search, a built-in browser, entertainment discovery, local history, favorites, tokens, and saved preferences. Some features may require an account, tokens, ads, or network access.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Guest mode is available for many features, but account features may require registration.

Acceptable Use

You must use LemoAI lawfully. You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or use the app to distribute harmful, illegal, infringing, or deceptive content.

AI Output

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional decisions.

Third-Party Content

LemoAI may show websites, entertainment information, provider references, ads, and AI results from third parties. LemoAI does not host third-party content. We do not control third-party content or services and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or availability.

Tokens and Rewards

Tokens are an in-app access mechanism and have no cash value. Tokens may be earned through permitted activities such as check-ins or optional rewarded ads and may be adjusted, limited, or discontinued.

Payments

Paid memberships provide full access to app features. Plans may differ by Pro mode credit allowance, billing period, and member response priority. Purchases made inside the iOS app are handled through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple's payment rules. Online web checkout is currently available for the $3.99/month subscription through Creem. We do not collect or store full card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel App Store subscriptions through the LemoAI app or your Apple account settings. Creem web purchases can also be cancelled in the app or by emailing support@lemoai.org with your purchase email or receipt ID.

Refund Policy

For refund requests, contact support@lemoai.org. App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple. Creem web checkout refund requests are reviewed by email, and we may ask for the purchase email, receipt, and reason for the request.

Intellectual Property

LemoAI, its design, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, sell, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers

LemoAI is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all content will remain available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LemoAI and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms or change features over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
