How are in-app purchases handled?

Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple and follow Apple's billing, cancellation, and refund rules.

Can I pay outside the iOS app?

Yes. The monthly subscription is available through Creem for $3.99/month. Other web checkout plans are not open yet.

How do refunds work?

For refund requests, email support@lemoai.org. App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Web checkout refund requests are reviewed by email.

Can I cancel?

Subscriptions can be cancelled in the LemoAI app or through Apple account settings. Creem web purchases can also be cancelled in the app or by emailing support@lemoai.org with your purchase email or receipt ID.
