How We Use Information

We use information to operate app features, remember your preferences, provide AI responses, manage history, improve reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and measure optional advertising.

AI Services

When you submit an AI request, the text you enter may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate a response. We do not intentionally send your account password, payment information, or unrelated local records to AI providers.

Advertising and Rewards

LemoAI may show ads through third-party advertising networks. Optional rewarded ads may grant in-app tokens. Ad partners may process device or usage signals according to your device settings and their own policies.

Local Data

Favorites, follows, saved items, preferences, and history may be stored locally on your device. If synchronization or account features are enabled, selected data may be transmitted so those features can work.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with providers that support hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, AI responses, payment processing, security, and customer support.

Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, unless law requires a longer period. We use reasonable safeguards, but no digital service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can use guest mode for many features, adjust tracking permissions in iOS Settings, delete local app data from your device, or contact us to request account deletion.

Children

LemoAI is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date on this page shows when the current version became effective.
